TeleWink Global Services operates as both a data processor (routing transactional messaging alerts and DCB callbacks for corporate clients) and a data controller (handling business inquiry forms and user preferences).

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on your integration type, we handle:

• End-user mobile phone numbers (MSISDN) for USSD sessions and carrier debit routing.
• Corporate contact details (names, companies, business email, phone) from sales inquiry sheets.
• Transactional log data (timestamp, destination operator, route status).

3. Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) Disclosures

When processing a carrier billing transaction, we transmit the user's encrypted MSISDN to the operator node to verify funds and process debit. We do not retrieve bank account numbers, credit card details, or credit records.

4. Cookies & Local Preferences

Our servers load basic essential cookies to record navigation sessions. We also store theme selections in the local client's browser memory (localStorage) to maintain dark or light modes correctly on revisit.

5. Compliance & Security

Our systems are encrypted via TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. We maintain strict compliance with POPIA, NDPR, and GDPR. Data logs are automatically scrubbed or anonymized after 90 days.
