By accessing or utilizing TeleWink Global Services' API gateways, SMS routing nodes, or marketing campaign services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
All clients utilizing our Bulk SMS, RCS, or Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) APIs must verify that their data traffic complies with local telecommunication legislation (e.g. TCPA in the US, GDPR in the EU). Spamming, sending unverified OTPs, or charging subscriber balances without explicit consent (2-Factor Authentication) will result in immediate API channel suspension.
While TeleWink targets a 99.99% gateway routing uptime, services are subject to mobile network operator (MNO) outages and maintenance windows. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by recipient network congestion or direct carrier routing alterations.
All code elements, custom API designs, graphics, and analytical methodologies developed by TeleWink are the sole intellectual property of TeleWink Global Services LLC.
We reserve the right to suspend API endpoints or marketing campaigns if accounts violate payment schedules or network compliance regulations. Contact legal counsel at legal@telewink.com for full contract terms.
